Children are not always paying attention to weather conditions that are hazardous, especially so if they are having a lot of fun. So it's down to you to ensure they aren't playing in temperatures that are too hot or too cold. In the winter time children may enjoy playing about in the snow, or going down a hill on a sledge, but you need to make sure they're dressed properly with multiple layers, a hat and some gloves.
